Welcome to Wahoos Bistro & Patio
Wahoo’s Bistro & Patio Restaurant is located at 36 Water Street in the historic town of St. George’s. Owned and operated by Alfred Konrad and Geza Wolfe; both owners bring with them decades of combined experience in the restaurant industry. Our waterfront location is a perfect spot to enjoy both indoor and patio dining.
Our menu features a variety of delicious options. Come and try our Wahoo specials especially the award-winning Bermuda Fish Chowder, certified Angus Beef, daily blackboard specials, homemade desserts; including our imported Italian Bindi Gelato. Our Wiener Schnitzel is prepared with love by our own Austrian chef Alfred Konrad.
We also offer full bar service with specialty drinks, liqueurs, and coffees. Ask Geza about his daily special coffee creation. Good food, great prices in a friendly and casual atmosphere.

In 1981 Geza came to Bermuda to work for The Southampton Princess Hotel, as the Head Chef for The Whaler Inn Restaurant.
Geza branched out on his own in 1984, when he founded and operated The Beer Garden and The Flying Chef Catering Service. Geza very quickly became the leading caterer in Bermuda and had great success for over 20 years, selling the business in 2004.
Geza then moved on to his next venture and found the perfect location for Wahoo’s Bistro and Patio, in St. Georges, which he started with his friend Alfred Konrad in June 2010.
The rest is history as Wahoo’s has become a very successful icon in St. Georges, known throughout the island and very popular with locals and visitors alike.
